There is a
double bedroom with adjacent

WC upstairs and
two twin bedded rooms with
separate bathroom downstairs. There is another
bed in the larger of the
two bedrooms downstairs which makes a perfect day bed or
extra accommodation for
larger groups. The
living area / kitchen is upstairs and has views out onto the hills and the courtyard on one side and fields and woods on the other, by
the pretty
listed farmhouse. There is a large separate hilly garden behind (Shared with Shippon) and a small patio overlooking the
courtyard. |

Adjoining
Taw cottage, this also has a
double bedroom with adjacent
shower room and
WC upstairs and
two twin bedded rooms with
separate bathroom downstairs. Again, the
largest room has a
third bed for relaxing in during the day or for another guest. The patio overlooks the pretty
landscaped courtyard as well as the
wooded hills to the West. The large hilly garden behind is shared with
Taw Cottage and enjoys
splendid views across the
valley over fields and
woods, and south to
Dartmoor.

The
two bedrooms (
one double and
one twin) are downstairs, adjacent to the
bathroom and
WC.
French windows open out onto their own patio which is perfect for
alfresco breakfasts as it gets the morning sun and is wonderfully sheltered. The view through
full length windows from the
sitting room and
dining area takes in the
garden,
swimming pool and fields beyond. You should see plenty of sheep here. |

YEO COTTAGE - Sleeps 4: |

Adjoining
Granary Cottage, Yeo is another
two bedroomed cottage with
french windows opening onto its
own patio and
terraced flower borders.The pretty stone steps lead up to the main garden and
heated indoor swimming pool. The
full length windows in the
sitting room give you
great views across the valley on one side and the pretty courtyard with the woods behind on the other and the pretty,
listed farmhouse. |

The
two twin bedded bedrooms downstairs have a
shared bathroom and
WC. Again, the
largest has a
further bed in it for
extra guests or to simply
relax in during the day. Upstairs the
third bedroom with
double bed has its
own shower room and
WC next door. Stairs lead down from the
living room through
french windows onto Tarka's
own patio which is surrounded by splendid shrubs and plants.
Full length windows in the
living room look out onto
hills and the
orchard. This
cottage has a
fridge with
