conditions
All prices are
for one week's rental inclusive of VAT, linen, towels,
electricity, central heating, hot water and use of the
games room and heated
indoor pool. There is a £50.00 per week supplement outside of peak
season (Easter, Whitsun, High Season and Christmas) for a seventh person in the
three bedroom cottages.
Pets are £20.00 per week for each pet. A deposit of 30% is
required when booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before the beginning of
your holiday (unless a last minute booking in which case the total amount needs
to be received when booking). We strongly advise taking out holiday insurance.
In the event that you have to cancel, for whatever reason, we will do
everything possible to re-let your cottage to others but if we are unable to do so,
we regret that you are still liable for the full balance.
SHORT BREAKS - Short breaks are
available at certain times of year. For three nights the cost is 5/7 of the
weekly price and for four nights the cost is 6/7 of the weekly price. |
